Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a psychological disorder that involves the individual exhibiting excessive or disproportionate anxiety in regards to several aspects of their life, including financial matters, work, social relationships or school. It can be characterized by experiencing some form of extreme worrying basically daily for six months or longer.
